| Logo Design Order. Following the receipt of a completed order form, Rumah Designs will send you the logo design proposal for the price and what package are you received. The total price on the logo design proposal will cover expenses that include (but are not limited to) order processing, cost of materials used in various developmental stages, plus creation and development time. The initial fee includes final usage rights, which will be released upon final approval of a selected concept. Rumah Designs will produce your initial concept or concepts (depending on design specification) within 24-72 hours following the receipt of customer's order and payment. Unlimited revisions until the customer is happy with the design. After a concept is approved Rumah Designs will deliver the competed artwork by either email and/or by post on compact disc. Rumah Designs relies on accurate customer instructions to ensure suitable logo and stationery designs are supplied to the customer. Rumah Designs assumes no responsibility in the event that a customer can not provide accurate instructions (including a reasonable amount of feedback) during the design process. Payments are accepted by credit or debit card (via PayPal) or Bank Transfer. Copyright Ownership. Rumah Designs agrees to sign over all rights associated with ownership and usage of materials developed by Rumah Designs to the customer upon receipt of full payment and final approval of a selected concept. Until such time Rumah Designs retains and reserves all rights to any content created by Rumah Designs as set forth by International Copyright Laws. Use of any artwork produced by Rumah Designs before full payment and/or final approval is strictly prohibited. Once full payment and final approval is received by Rumah Designs, the customer account will receive an Order Completed status at which time all rights connected with usage, full and unrestricted, will be released to the customer, for use in all media, in all markets, for an unlimited period of time. This includes (but is not limited to) use on web designs, clothing, packaging, vehicles and business cards. Rumah Designs reserves the right to use all content developed for promotional purposes (portfolio, etc) both online and offline. However, if a customer needs to keep their logo design private (for a product pre-launch for example) they may notify our staff, and the design will only be used with the owner's express permission.
